I think about chairs and Tracy Porter designs them. If you have not visited her website and blog please do. You are in for a treat. She is a mom, entrepreneur and a lover of all things color and she has a Fascination with Inspiration. Anyone reading my blog and know the term Inspiration Fascination know Tracy. I first found out about Tracy years ago probably just after she first got her business started with her husband John. I have been a follower forever. I have many pieces of hers in my home and have bought several fashion items as well. I scored a great pair of vintage looking cowboy boots a few months back. One of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own beside my flip-flops you know.
Let’s talk chairs. Tracy knows chairs and she has a great eye for design. It’s about color, texture, design, and uniqueness. I mean we’ve got leather, color red, vintage with a touch of modern, a little bit of asian and light and dark woods. She has designed chairs that would look great at the kitchen table, as conversation chairs paired with a great couch or placed in a bedroom. And the benches and ottomans are to die for. I am probably drawn to them more because of my love for vintage and light-colored natural fabrics. But, I think any of these would look great just about anywhere in your space. I think a couple of them would look great in a master bath or a grooming closet. The metal top coffee table I am trying to stop myself from buying this and it’s really hard. I could see a various fresh flower designs paired in three’s on top. It’s a for sure in my beach home I will have a pair of her chairs somewhere.
I know, I know the cookies don’t have anything to do with chairs but they have everything to do with design. It’s shortbread, butter, chocolate with a cameo design what else can we ask for. I think a cookie paired with a nice cup of tea or a warm cup of coffee just might be in order. Tracy is having a give away on her blog for a box of these wonderful shortbread cameo cookies. So go on over and find out how you might win.image credits: Tracy Porter Tracy’s Blog
