A Little Peek Into Crystal Beach, Texas

But of course, I would add a little of bit of this to the above home

Ah it’s the sweet little beach town called Crystal Beach.  If I could move there tomorrow I would.  I thought I would give you a little glimpse into the area I have been salivating at for quite sometime.  I love this little town and it’s the name that got me first.  It’s something about Crystal Beach that makes you think it’s a nice place and it is.  I love the little cozy beach community and most of all I love the homes there.  This house has been on the market for a little bit and again if the timing was right I would be there.  There are a couple other beach towns I have been looking into Indian Beach and Jamaica Beach.  I don’t know much about those two yet, but I plan on exploring much more and I will bring you what I find.

The last two photo collages are from two previous posts here and here I did on beach home design mainly items I would include in my beach home.  I think everyone knows I am a fan of natural fabrics, textures with a little bit of vintage and modern design.

What a gorgeous place!!! I would love to live there or at least visit. 🙂 I am in love with the pebble ottoman, that is the cutest thing. I will have to go check that out. 🙂

Lovely, there is a place near LAguna Beach called Crystal Cove and it is also just gorgeous. The house had me at hello, and your collages are also just lovely. I really love homes with open air spaces.

yes lots of the homes are but i kinda of like that to because you get great views being up a little
yes near Galveston you have to take the ferry over to get to it.

Is that near Galveston? I had thought of possibly living in Galveston, but was warned of the hurricane activity. And indeed, the homes are mostly up on stilts, which is kind of cool! I’d feel safe up there!

What a beautiful home, and right on the beach. A dream. I’m with you… I’d add some natural texture, too. And I love modern design mixed in with some simple antiques & whimsical pieces.
