Casa Q A Beach Home In Peru

A little beach abode in Peru.  I just love when I cruise around the internet and I find nice little snippets like a beach home in Peru.  It’s getting out of the box, it’s doing something different it’s exploring places you’ve never been.  It’s called fun!

This property is named Casa Q it’s nestled just south of Lima, Peru in a develop called Beach Club Misterio.  This is the first home-built in this newly developed area.  The architects who designed the home wanted views of the horizon from all points of the home.  I thought it was interesting how they designed the home with the kitchen and some guest areas in the back.  It was done to keep a balance of water in the front and back of the home.  This allowed you the ability to have views of some form of water from all areas of the home.  I would have wanted the kitchen to have a view of the beach of course, but they felt it was better to overlook the swimming area instead.  I think their thoughts were more relaxing in the living area with a view of the beach.  I wished they would have had more photos that explored more of the home interior but, since they are architects their main focus was the structural design.

I love the second view overlooking the pool, that really speaks volumes. It just looks so peaceful. I also like the splash of red on the couches, it brings just the right balance of energy to the calm of the room. And i can imagine how warm and cozy that room feels at night. great views as always C.

Isn’t that a nice little beach shack? LOL!! I do love the huge windows with that view of the ocean…it’s FAB!

Hope you have a great week, Cynthia. Big hugs to you my friend.

cool home. Very modernist, I like the idea of bringing the outdoors in via the big glass windows but I like how they do it Palm Springs a bit more. lovley home, but I would do the furniture a little more beachy.
