Take 2 On Coastal Holiday Inspiration

Hello and welcome to a new week.  It’s inspiration Monday and I needed some help as usual.  I am on this kick of changing my tree this year to what I will call a Vintage Sea Wash blue theme.  I needed a little color help so I found a few pictures via Pinterst.  I love Leslie’s take on Christmas blue.  This last picture is from her monthly column at Decor 8 called Color Me Pretty.  Leslie’s does an excellent job at inspiring you via her colorboards.  I was very excited to see this one.  Caron’s Beach House also has some wonderful items for holiday decorating as well.  I plan on checking out her site this week to see what I might find.  Well, I am off this week to do a little hunting around for new items as well as tinkering with some of the old items I already have.  I love Marie of Sally Lee By The Sea‘s idea of painting some old ornaments.  Thanks for that tip.  I just might give it a whirl.

I also did a blog post last week on a coastal holiday theme last week here if you missed it.  Hope all of you have a great week!

Love the turquoise & aqua decorations – they have a lovely coastal feel to them …only a couple of weeks before our tree goes up!

Hi! Stop by any time – we have so many fun things, especially in blues and aquas. P.S. I’ve added you to our favorite coastal blogs, but would love to have a logo to put with your link.

Good morning!

I love your coastal christmas pics here. I am hardly ever home for Christmas but this year I think B and I will try to have a small Christmas here in Seaside, and I am really liking the idea of a driftwood tree. I picked up some itty bitty ornaments like at the top of your post and I can’t wait to use them. For now, I placed them in a glass bowl over the fireplace.
