A Little Peppermint Toast To Warm The Soul

I love the thought of this drink but the thought of the lounge area below with the drink in my hand…such a good thing.

Hello fellow bloggers and readers…the count down has begun.  I bet you have tons of items wrapped, the menu planned and thoughts of good times rolling around in your minds.  I know I do.  I am a crafter, a foodie and decorator all in one.  And holidays I just love.  I like all the glitz, the simple designs and all the fun of running around to get things done.  Weird I know.  So, here is a little message to you to start the week off…Good Luck, take it slow and let’s enjoy the Christmas holiday.  I look forward to reading and browsing around blogs this week.  P.S.  I still have not gotten it all done.  🙂

I’m almost done, but it still feels like so much to do with so little time…wrap gifts/get a few more groceries/deliver some gifts/ house clean…I still need another week to prepare, do you have a time machine? Could use one of those pepperminty cocktails and some time to relax in that floaty lounge!

That peppermint drink looks delish! I love the candy cane pieces on the rim. I am hoping to finish my Christmas shopping tonight, and then start wrapping, since I need to buy wrapping paper today too. Haven’t got our Christmas menus planned yet, but there’s no rush. We do know we’re having ham, so the rest will just fall into place. Love to enjoy these moments! Happy Christmas week to you too!
